My phone won't let me download pictures, create any new folders, move or copy files to other folders, and chrome keeps deleting my tabs. When I go to delete files it says external storage files can not be moved to recycle bin but they're on the internal storage. I still have a good bit of free space as well.

Any help is appreciated…
