Hello,

I hope some one can help me! I'm so frustrated and not very computer savy and have been all over the internet today with no results. :( I have a Hotmail account and have always until recently been able to play videos sent to me through Real Player (which by the way was no help either, but that's another story) Anyway, my friend got a new phone and sent me a Mp4 video and I couldn't download it. It goes through the minutes like it's downloading and then I get an error message that says "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or if one is already installed, create an assoc. in the default programs control panel" Please, please………anyone?
