Hello,

something happened and now no matter what i do, no matter how many complete manual deletes of glyph and AA, when i reinstall, and glyph downloads, it just tries to download AA from scratch again. i have not been able to get into game since October 18th give or take. I have many back and forth posts on a help ticket but no solution seems to be coming…the GM's i spoke to said it was something to do with a "System" problem and that i should checkin here on the forums.

would love to play again someday…hope im just getting the run around, i need some help.
