Hello everyone,

So I made a decision to make a new YouTube account with a different email address (same phone number) but before I proceed to activating AdSense, I had already deleted my old account without deactivating it. Since AdSense Program Policies does not permit multiple accounts, they aren't allowing me to proceed unless I go back but as of right now I can't anymore because its been completed terminated. Any suggestions?
