Hi I am in the process of returning to work after 3 months off due to bipolar low. Have agreed staged return to duties - part time initially, and then I got the questions below in an email from my manager. I know from the wording that this has come from HR, and wondered if I could get some guidance on how best to respond without painting myself into a corner! Has anyone had any experience of this? Can you give me any pointers? I know it doesn't seem too bad but this is the first company that has had full disclosure of my illness and I'm a little concerned. Thank you so much for reading!
· Is there any special requirements for your return to work?
· If you are on any medication, are there any functions at work that you will find difficult or need to be careful of ?
· Have you an emergency plan in place, or action plan for arriving at work and returning home safely that we can assist with ?
