Hi I am in the process of returning to work after 3 months off due to bipolar low. Have agreed staged return to duties - part time initially, and then I got the questions below in an email from my manager. I know from the wording that this has come from HR, and wondered if I could get some guidance on how best to respond without painting myself into a corner! Has anyone had any experience of this? Can you give me any pointers? I know it doesn't seem too bad but this is the first company that has had full disclosure of my illness and I'm a little concerned. Thank you so much for reading!
Is there any special requirements for your return to work?
If you are on any medication, are there any functions at work that you will find difficult or need to be careful of ?
Have you an emergency plan in place, or action plan for arriving at work and returning home safely that we can assist with ?
