I have an employee hiring on Monday at 2 pm It's been several Monday that he calls me around 12 pm to tell me he will not come. 15 days ago it's because his wife was sick, which I can understand. Today he simply told me I quote "I take my afternoon". When I told him that it could not be every Monday, he said, you just got fired. What can I do ? Especially since it is regular and he thinks he is covered ….
