Hi,

I owe around £20,000 to different creditors and all of these debts have been taken on by DCA's.

The DCA's have not been in contact with me directly now for about a year because I have been moving about and they have not had my contact details. My mum gets the occassional call but she tells them that she doesnt know where I am.

I have not paid any of the DCA's a penny. The CAB asked them to freeze the debts around a year ago and thats the last I know of whats going on.

So my question really is could a CCJ have been made without me knowing about it? What are the implications of this?

Please help…
